TODAY PEOPLE DON'T EVEN WANT TO LOOK UP INTO THE SKY, THEY ARE TOO BUSY ON THEIR PHONES, COMPUTERS, AND ELECTRONIC GADGETS.  GOD PUT THE BIRDS IN THE SKY AND THE STARS FOR US TO LOOK UP AND SEE AND LOVE AND ADMIRE.  TO REMIND US THAT HE'S UP THERE, WATCHING OVER US.  WE JUST HAVE TO LOOK UP!!!

GODS RAINBOW

GOD AND SATAN HAVE BEEN FIGHTING FOR YEARS AND YEARS.  THE RAINBOW IS A SIGN TO MAN ABOUT HIS PROMISE TO NEVER FLOOD THE EARTH AGAIN   HE DID SO IN NOAH'S DAY BECAUSE OF ALL THE EVIL INSIDE PEOPLE AND HE WAS TRYING TO STOP IT. 

SATAN DECIEVED PEOPLE AND IS STILL TO THIS DAY.  HE'S MADE THE RAINBOW A SIGN OF GAY PRIDE.. AND PRIDE IS WHAT GOD IS AGAINST.  

Pro 8:13  The fear of the LORD is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate. 

Why is pride so sinful? Pride is giving ourselves the credit for something that God has accomplished. Pride is taking the glory that belongs to God alone and keeping it for ourselves.

 Pride is essentially self-worship. Anything we accomplish in this world would not have been possible were it not for God enabling and sustaining us. 

Psa 10:4  The wicked, through the pride of his countenance, will not seek after God: God is not in all his thoughts. 

 Gen 9:9  And I, behold, I establish my covenant with you, and with your seed after you; 

Gen 9:10  And with every living creature that is with you, of the fowl, of the cattle, and of every beast of the earth with you; from all that go out of the ark, to every beast of the earth.

FORTY DAYS AND FORTY NIGHTS IS FOUND IN THE BIBLE

THE TERM "FORTY DAYS AND FORTY NIGHTS" IS FOUND IN THE BIBLE 11 TIMES. WHY AND WHAT DOES IT MEAN OR REFER TO? SOME OF THE VERSES REFER TO THE FLOOD AND OTHERS TO FASTING BEFORE GOD.  

I HAVE FASTED FOR A DAY OR SO, BUT NOT FOR THAT LONG.  I DON'T KNOW IF I COULD AS I LOVE FOOD, BUT I LOVE GOD MORE.  AND I KNOW THAT NO MATTER WHAT, HE WILL PROVIDE FOR ME, IF I BELIEVE AND WORSHIP AND REPENT FOR MY SINS.  

ARE WE ALL SUPPOSED TO FAST FOR FORTY DAYS AND FORTY NIGHTS?  DO WE DO IT GRADUALLY?  HOW OFTEN ARE WE SUPPOSED TO FAST?  I KNOW WE DO FOR CERTAIN FEASTS DAYS.  

(Gen 7:4)  For yet seven days, and I will cause it to rain upon the earth forty days and forty nights; and every living substance that I have made will I destroy from off the face of the earth.

(Gen 7:12)  And the rain was upon the earth forty days and forty nights.

(Exo 24:18)  And Moses went into the midst of the cloud, and gat him up into the mount: and Moses was in the mount forty days and forty nights.

(Exo 34:28)  And he was there with the LORD forty days and forty nights; he did neither eat bread, nor drink water. And he wrote upon the tables the words of the covenant, the ten commandments.

PRAYERS ANSWERED AGAIN.

 

I'M WORKING PART TIME AT A GROCERY STORE AND HAVE BEEN SINCE I LEFT MY LAST JOB THAT WAS FULL TIME AT RESULTS COMPANY.  I GET PAID WEEKLY WITH THIS JOB, SO THAT HELPS AND THE LAST ONE WAS PAID EVERY TWO WEEKS.  

I HAVE BEEN WORKING FULL TIME HOURS AND OVERTIME FOR SEVERAL MONTHS NOW, BUT BECAUSE OF THE RECESSION AND ALL THE WORLDS PROBLEMS, WERE DOWN TO PART TIME HOURS. THIS WEEK I WORKED 30 HOURS AND NEXT WEEK I'M WORKING 24 HOURS.  

YESTERDAY ON MY DAY OFF , A FRIEND OF MY HUSBAND , CAME TO THE HOUSE AND IS HIRING MY HUSBAND TO HELP HIM WORK ON HOUSES REPAIRS FOR PEOPLE!! JUST IN TIME AS MY HOURS ARE GETTING CUT.  WERE WORKING HARD TO KEEP OUR BILLS UP TO DATE AND NOT FALL BEHIND AS WE DON'T HAVE MANY, BUT IT'S STILL HARD AND STRESSFULL.  BUT SPEAKING AND PRAISING GOD HAS HELPED AND THIS IS A SIGN OF MY PRAYERS ANSWERED.  

I'M TRYING TO STUDY THE BIBLE MORE AND READ IT MORE OFTEN AND DO RESEARCH.  

I Will Recount Your Wonderful Deeds

WHEN I WENT TO GO LOOK FOR A PICTURE FOR THIS POST.. THIS ONE CAUGHT MY EYE, NOT ONLY FOR EVERYONE, BUT FOR ME AS I'M STILL NEW AT LEARNING THIS AND HAVE TO KEEP REMINIDING MYSELF TO STUDY AND READ AND STUDY AND READ AND TO PRAY AND KEEP PRAYING.

ISAIAH 65 GODS JUDGEMENT AND SALVATION.

Judgment and Salvation

Isa 65:1  I am sought of them that asked not for me; I am found of them that sought me not: I said, Behold me, behold me, unto a nation that was not called by my name. 

Isa 65:2  I have spread out my hands all the day unto a rebellious people, which walketh in a way that was not good, after their own thoughts; 

Isa 65:3  A people that provoketh me to anger continually to my face; that sacrificeth in gardens, and burneth incense upon altars of brick; 

Isa 65:4  Which remain among the graves, and lodge in the monuments, which eat swine's flesh, and broth of abominable things is in their vessels; 

Isa 65:5  Which say, Stand by thyself, come not near to me; for I am holier than thou. These are a smoke in my nose, a fire that burneth all the day. 

Isa 65:6  Behold, it is written before me: I will not keep silence, but will recompense, even recompense into their bosom, 

Isa 65:7  Your iniquities, and the iniquities of your fathers together, saith the LORD, which have burned incense upon the mountains, and blasphemed me upon the hills: therefore will I measure their former work into their bosom.

Isa 65:15  And ye shall leave your name for a curse unto my chosen: for the Lord GOD shall slay thee, and call his servants by another name: 

Isa 65:16  That he who blesseth himself in the earth shall bless himself in the God of truth; and he that sweareth in the earth shall swear by the God of truth; because the former troubles are forgotten, and because they are hid from mine eyes. 

New Heavens and a New Earth

Isa 65:17  For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind. 

Isa 65:18  But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy. 

Isa 65:19  And I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in my people: and the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the voice of crying. 

Isa 65:20  There shall be no more thence an infant of days, nor an old man that hath not filled his days: for the child shall die an hundred years old; but the sinner being an hundred years old shall be accursed. 

Isa 65:21  And they shall build houses, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and eat the fruit of them. 

Isa 65:22  They shall not build, and another inhabit; they shall not plant, and another eat: for as the days of a tree are the days of my people, and mine elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands. 

Isa 65:23  They shall not labour in vain, nor bring forth for trouble; for they are the seed of the blessed of the LORD, and their offspring with them. 

Isa 65:24  And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear. 

Isa 65:25  The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock: and dust shall be the serpent's meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, saith the LORD. 

COLOSSIANS 4 5:6

WALK IN WISDOM TOWARD THEM THAT ARE WITHOUT REDEEMING THE TIME.  LET YOUR SPEECH BE ALWAY WITH GRACE, SEASONED WITH SALT, THAT YE MEAY KNOW HOW YE OUGHT TO ANSWER EVERY MAN.  COLOSSIANS 4;5-6 

HERE PAUL IS TELLING PEOPLE HOW TO WALK AND TALK WITH OTHERS WHO AREN'T READING THE BIBLE.  

WE ARE TO WALK IN WISDOM AND IN A WAY THAT USES TIME WISELY, INSTEAD OF WASTING IT ON NON-IMPORTANT THINGS. IN DOING THIS UNBELIEVERS WILL SEE AND BE PROVOKED TO ASK US WHY WE LIVE THE WAY WE DO.  WE MUST ANSWER THEM WITH GRACE  AND WISDOM.  

PRAY ABOUT IT AND LET GOD KNOW THAT YOU ARE TRYING TO SPREAD HIS WORD AND LOVE.  

Colossians 3:16
Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
